How long will it take to receive my yarn?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and unopened yarn skeins within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the original labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Are the colors on screen accurate to the real product?
While we strive for color accuracy, please note that different monitors and lighting can affect the appearance. Additionally, hand-dyed yarns may have slight variations between dye lots.
