At Tribe Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the yarn is in its original hank or ball form with labels intact, and pack it securely in the original shipping materials if possible.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
