Axis is a triangular shawl knitted side to side on the bias.The shawl is worked in two colors in plain and stripe garter stitch with a slip stitch pattern for added textural interest. Axis is big enough to cover shoulders, yet not too bulky to be used instead of a scarf. Axis’s modern design makes it a very versatile piece perfect for all seasons.This pattern has been designed for all skill levels, and can be easily followed by a novice knitter.
