An iconic yarn: Cashmere Lace by Gepard is 100% pure, high quality cashmere.
Using only the best of the clip, with long, uniform cashmere fibres, this yarn is a cashmere-lover's dream. It's completely different from cheaper cashmere which is often produced from unsorted, mixed cashmere with short fibres and varying quality.
Also, unlike some other cashmere yarns, this one has been carefully washed before balling - a process which means approx 10-12% loss of weight. Gepard could have made an extra 12% margin by skipping this step, but have chosen quality over corner-cutting. The washing produces a more bouncy, voluminous yarn.
This yarn is stunning on its own, doubled up for thicker projects or held with other yarns.Top Tip: Soak Cashmere Lace in clean, room-temperature water for 24 hours and it will reach its full potential, blooming into maximum volume and softness.
The result is a light, airy yet luxurious feel your customers will love in their summer tops.
