Yarn

5 (5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7) skeins, worsted weight yarn (100 grams, 250 yards)
1 skein, fingering weight yarn (100 grams, 525 yards)

Needles

5 mm (US 8) 29" circular needles and dpns
4.5 mm (US 7) 29" circular needles and dpns
3.75 mm (US 5) needles

Tension/gauge

4½ sts and 6¾ rnds = 1″ in st st with largest needles
4¾ sts and 11 rows = 1″ in slipped st with largest needles
